QuikTrip is a company that sells its products primarily in convenience stores and gas stations. QuikTrip offers many goods and products including its own brand of coffees, from cappuccinos to frozen coffees.

Several websites, including myfitnesspal.com and livestrong.com, give the calorie content of many of QuikTrip's products including their frozen coffee. Both websites offer the nutritional information in 8oz servings and for one 8oz serving both websites quote a calorie content of 180 calories. This would equate to 5 grams of fat. This means that for one 20oz serving of QuikTrip frozen coffee you would be consuming roughly 450 calories and 12.5 grams of fat. There is also a carbohydrate content of 45 grams in each 8oz serving so in one 20oz cup you would also be consuming 112.5 grams of carbohydrates roughly.

The QuikTrip website does not hold nutritional information of any of its food or drink, but does have a Contact Us section that would be of use if you are looking to ask a specific question regarding the nutritional content of QuikTrip food. The website for QuikTrip is www.quiktrip.com.

In terms of coffee, the QuikTrip coffee is quite high in calories and fat compared to a basic coffee. However this is the sort of levels you would expect to see in frozen coffees across other brands too, such as Starbucks. For example, a Grande Iced Cafe Latte at Starbucks in a 16oz measure has 130 calories and 45 grams of fat with 2 per cent milk. This seems to be a fairly standard measure.

Some websites were quoting frozen coffees with calorie contents 1000 or upwards but research shows this to be untrue in most cases. Brewing your own coffee with less additives and sugar will cut the calories of your coffee.

I'm not sure. I am seeking an answer to this same question. I found this info on the frozen cappuccino from QT: Frozen Cappuccino (240 cal/7 g fat/0 g fiber/45 g carbs). My guess is that it isn't too far off for the frozen coffee... Sadly :-(
