Not sure. Should be listed on the can. But if your looking for carb counts for a diet you don't need to waste time on corn because it has no nutritional value. Its a waste of time and your body doesn't really digest it that's why a lot of people use the toilet and see the corn in their stool.
The carbohydrate count is determined by the amount, 1/2 cup of corn = approx 15 carbs
