I can give you directions to make an oven baked corned beef as I suppose that is what you will use to prepare this dish. Place corned beef in a large flat baking pan and add water to depth of ¼ inch. Cover the pan with a lid or foil and place it in a preheated 300 degree oven for 3-4 hours. Once cooked, retrieve the liquid and pour it in a kettle with another 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add vegetables like potatoes, shallots, bay leaves and carrots and cook in the liquid for about half an hour. Slice corned beef and serve with horseradish sauce.
