Just a couple days. I just bought some and packaging on mine says.... Hang on, going to the fridge.... Use within 3 to 5 days after opening. And I am sure it won't last much longer unopened.
Probably up to a week.
I have Ricotta Cheese way past due, unopened, bulging at the top. Can I still use it immediately in Lasagna, or can I freeze it to fix any possible spoilage?
