Let it thaw slowly in cold water. You can of course thaw it in the microwave on the thaw mode. But it will taste better if you thaw it slowly in water. The microwave cooks the blood which is present in the meat. .
It depends on what state the chicken is...e.g if it's a Chicken that is about to be eaten but it's frozen put it in the Microwave...if its a live Chicken and it's frozen then it's dead...LoL:]
