How Do I See The Recipes For Muffin Mix Bought At Winco Foods?

I can help. That blueberry muffin mix at Winco is so scrumptious.
I had purchased the blueberry muffin mix in the bulk section at Winco, but with such a variety of really cool stuff, I couldn't contain my excitement long enough to maintain composure and forgot to grab the recipe.  Luckily my girlfriend works there and brought me the recipe instruction 'slip' that accompanies the
Blueberry Muffin Mix Item #1765.
It is as follows (verbatim).

3 cups mix    &    3/4 cups cool water
Place mix and water in mixing bowl. Mix on low speed about 1 minute.  Scrape bowl, continue to mix on low speed until batter is almost smooth.  Fill well greased muffin tins 1/2  to 2/3 full.  Bake a 375* degrees for 15 minutes.  Yield, 18.

P.S.  I also bought the brownie mix in Winco's bulk section, but the recipe for it was missing from it's slot.  Does anyone know how to prepare this recipie?

It is 3 cups of mix and 3/4 cups cool water - mix on medium speed for 1 minute, scrape the bowl and mix again till smooth.  Pour in muffin tin, bake at 375 for 15 mins.
