I suggest you allow 1/2 pound of meat per person, which will be about 18 pounds each of turkey and ham. Take care.

STUFFING RECIPE
Make 1 1/2 times following recipe for a 15# turkey
1 egg beaten
2 tbsp. Hot water Saute onions and celery in margarine.
1/2 cup melted margarine Add beaten egg and hot water. Pour
6 cups dry bread crumbs over dry bread crumbs. Add seasonings.
1 small onion chopped (sm. Cubes) Stir until well mixed and stuff bird.
2 stalks celery chopped
1 tbsp. Parsley HAM
2 tsp. Poultry seasoning or to taste 1- 7# BONE IN HAM feeds 10 people
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
