Although it would not be traditional pulled pork (from the shoulder joint) you can use pork loin to make pulled pork. Here's how:
- Once you have cooked the pork, place it in a baking dish with some seasoning, a cup of water, some garlic and salt and pepper. Cover this with tin foil or a lid.
- Cook for at least 3-4 hours and check to make sure the pork is not getting too dry. Cook until the pork falls off the bone simply with your fingers.
- Once cooked, pull the pork off the bones or apart with two forks.
- Pour a sauce of your choice over the pork.
- Cook on the barbecue or grill to your liking and enjoy!
