How Can I Make Raisin Bread?

Note down the ingredients which are used in making raisin bread.
Milk: You need 2 cups of milk.
Dry yeast: take .25 to 50 ounce of dry yeast.
Water: take 1/4 cup of warm water.
Sugar: 2 tablespoons.
Salt: ½ to 2 table spoons or according to your taste.
Flour: take 5 to 6 cups of all-purpose flour.
Raisin: 2 cup raisins.
Shortening: 1 tablespoon.

Put yeast in warm water to make it soft for 4 to 5 minutes. Take a bowl and add scalded milk, sugar, salt and shortening. After 5 to 6 minutes put all these things in raisins and 1 cup of flour and blend it. Stir in yeast and add three to four cups of flour. During this process keep beating the flour, because wan to make a soft dough. Take it out from the pan and place it on a slightly floured surface.

Let it cool for five minutes. Take a bowl and place a layer of oil on its surface and place dough in it. Turn to bring oily surface to top. Leave it in warm place until dough is doubled and I think it takes about an hour. Divide the dough in two to three small pieces. Place it in two greased loaf pans and cover it and let it rise for 60 minutes. After that, put it in your bread machine and bake it for 60 minutes in 350 degrees.

RAISIN BREAD

1 pkg yeast
2 1/2 cups bread flour
5 1/3 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/3 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
300 cc water
4 oz raisins

Place all ingredients into bread machine in order listed or follow directions in user's manual. Select correct bread cycle and crust color, then press start.
