I am diabetic and I was told to use soy bread how can I make soy bread or where can I buy??
To my knowledge, Soy Flour can not be used to replace wheat flour because it lacks gluten, which makes bread rise. Guar Gum or Xanthan Gum can replace gluten, and you can just replace Soy Flour: Wheat Flour 1:1. I'm not entirely sure how to use the gums.
I wish to make the lowest carb bread do you have a recipe
