A blood type also called a blood group is a classification of blood based on the presence or absence of inherited antigenic substances on the surface of red blood cells (RBCs). These antigens may be proteins, carbohydrates, glycoproteins, or glycolipids, depending on the blood group system. Some of these antigens are also present on the surface of other types of cells of various tissues. Several of these red blood cell surface antigens can stem from one allele or very closely linked genes and collectively form a blood group system. Blood types are inherited and represent contributions from both parents. A total of 30 human blood group systems are now recognized by the International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT).

Blood type diet is only a theory and lacks scientific evidence. According to this theory, peoples with blood group O are hunters and carnivores.  A single drop of blood contains a biochemical make up as unique as your fingerprint. Your blood type is a key to unlocking the secrets to your biochemical individuality. Foods and supplements contain lectins that interact with your cells depending on your blood type. This explains why some nutrients which are beneficial to one blood type, may be harmful to the cells of another. Type O is said to have been the first blood type, the type O ancestral prototype was an aggressive predator. Aspects of the Type O profile supposedly remain essential in every society even to this day. Leadership, extroversion, energy and focus being some of their supposed best traits. Type O’s are meant to be powerful and productive, however, a stressed Type O’s response may be one of anger, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. The supposed idea is that when Type O wiring gets crossed, as a result of a poor diet, lack of exercise, unhealthy behaviours or elevated stress levels, Type O’s are more vulnerable to negative metabolic effects, including insulin resistance, sluggish thyroid activity, and weight gain.

Blood type diet is theory only and lacks scientific evidences. According to this theory, peoples with blood group O are hunters and carnivores. So, you can increase your protein intake by eating marine fish and vegetables, raised poultry, red meat etc. Among vegetables, you can eat broccoli and spinach.
You should reduce intake of  wheat, corn, kidney beans, navy beans, mustard green, cauliflower and cabbage.
But to loose weight you need intense aerobic exercise program
along with following dietary schedule
Breakfast: One slice of bread with jam (low sugar)
Lunch:   roast beef, 3-4 ounces only
Dinner: Steamed artichoke
You can also take rice cakes and carrots as snakes.
