Losing 35 lbs weight is not an easy task. You would need a lot of determination. Check out the tips below:
- Drink lots of water
- Walk or jogg for at least 30 minutes everyday.
- Exercise if possible for at least 30 minutes everyday
- Switch to vegetables and fruits
- Eat lots of green salad
- Avoid juices or carbonated drinks.
- Avoid cholesterol and junk food
- Take proteins instead of carbohydrates.

It's really not as hard as the other person says it is.
First, get yourself a good scale.
Watch your calories and fat but don't go without any fat.
Try eating 1500 calories a day every other day for a couple of weeks to help your stomach adjust.
Then do 1500 calories a day for a month. Try cutting it back by 100 calories the following month.
Cut the calories back to no less than 1200 a day.
Your body will adjust easier this way.

Fast walk ~ 5 minutes 3 times a week and then add 5 minutes until you're walking 15 minutes 3 days a week. Increase the 3 days to 4 and increase the time as you feel you can

Main thing is this, don't deprive yourself of anything.
If you like cake, eat a small piece of cake.
Ice cream? Limit it to 1/2 cup.
I lost 80 lbs this way very quickly 15 years ago and haven't gained an ounce.

I also eat chocolate every day!! I can't give it up if I tried!
