Here's one that I make a lot:
The chicken will come out tender and tasting delicious. This is a favorite in our home, served with baked potatoes and green beans.
- Preheat the oven at 425 degrees.
- Set a rectangular pan in the oven with a stick of butter or margerine in it to melt, then remove pan.
- In a bowl or plastic bag, mix about 1 1/2 cups flour, salt, pepper, some paprika and any seasoning you like (I use lemon pepper, a bit of oregano, and Lawry's seasoned salt) -- mix it all together.
- Coat the chicken breasts in the mixture, shake off the excess, and lay skin side down in butter in pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes and then turn chicken, and bake for another 25-30 minutes.
