I use real butter and sometimes spray butter. Peace
I use real butter. Turns out it is better than all that hydrogenated stuff. I tend to trust mother nature. I love the taste of real butter, when i am watching my fat grams, i use the
"I can't believe it's not butter spray", that is the closest to real butter flavor, without the fat.

I switched to the butter with Canola oil; Land O Lakes has it, and Kroger stores have their own version of it, of course at a lower price...I like that you can use it right out of the refrigerator and it spreads right away; no waiting around as you have to do for butter!
It's Shedd's Country Crock at the moment... used to churn my own from goats milk in my vegetarian days, and I love cooking with the real stuff, clarifying, etc. But as I now reside in a motel, that is a luxury I do not enjoy! C'est la vive!

Unsalted by GayLee is what works best for my baking and my family loves it with corn on the cob. If we need to use margarine, it is by Fleischman's - it is one of the few margarines without milk solids (important as one of my nieces has a severe milk allergy).
We use shedd's spread country crock light. it is really good
I don't use very much, but it's sweet, unsalted butter for me.
I use real, sweet butter home-made by the Amish nearby...♥
Country Crock Lite...didn't realize it was so popular.
I use light country rock butter
Darigold works for me, don't use margarine.
Butter is Darigold, or Tillamook, and for margerine, it's shedd's spread, with calcium.
I prefer Land o Lakes unsalted butter...especially poured over some warm salted popcorn. I also use the "Can't Believe It's Butter" spray like pencil uses.
My family prefers Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light but I personally use LandOLakes Spreadable Butter...yummy!!!
