Well, some good and simple healthy snacks would be:
-Apple + Cheese String
-Apple + handful of nuts
-1/2 cup of oatmeal + fruit on top
-Celery + peanut butter + raisins
-Salad(tomato, onions, leafy greens) + low fat Italian dressing
One of my favorite snacks are CheeseSticks. They are crunchy and really good with a glass of wine.
I also like baby carrots with Waldenfarms ranch dressing. The snack is really low in calories but you get a great crunch. You can tell I like crunchy snacks!
