Sorry, Tris I hadn't clicked on the rest of the comments. When I posted above. I can't even imagine having Mackinac as an ice cream!!!! The thought is amazing. I'm glad you get it when you come stateside, and I'm thrilled my favorite Eagle has shared a link that you can get it on line. This fudge is made to be shared. It's good news in a box. There's this strawberry ice-cream at the annual Spring Festival (based around strawberries) that I LOVE!  That and Fairy Floss (it's the Australian name for Cotton Candy if you don't know what fairy floss is)
