Grapes are a fruit of choice. If one grape is bad, just pick another one. Not like an apple where if it's spoiled, you have to throw it away.

Fruit and vegies are great i do eat them everyday at dinner and could easily eat them with every meal but i don't. To me a dinner isn't dinner unless it has a meat and a vegetable. Anything else and it seems empty.

Roasted veggies. Especially brussels sprouts with garlic, and popcorn cauliflower. I almost can't believe these are the same foods my mother would boil to death from a frozen block of BirdsEye.
I love have vegetables and fruits every day, I also have meat as well, but not a lot and my favorite ones are : Kiwi, apples etc. And any kind of vegetables. Further more, I also love sea food, specially are shrimps and fishes.
