Take a potato, wash it off and shred it on a cheese grater. Put it in a 10 inch fry pan with a little olive oil, fry without disturbing. Flip it over and dump an egg or two on top, let if fry until the egg is about half way done. Flip it again and sprinkle some shredded cheddar on top.

All done, time to pig out.

I love oatmeal with brown sugar, milk and nuts.  I also make my own granola and then eat it with yogurt and berries.

I like to scramble an egg or two, add low fat shredded cheese, place on a tortilla wrap with some mashed avocado. Quick and simple.

I add oatmeal, honey, banana, a bit of sugar, raw almonds, and milk into a blender. It's really delicious and so under 10 minutes ^.^
