I bake a couple of boneless breasts, cut it up into small pieces and saute it in a little olive oil, garlic pepper and onion. Then I put a cup or two of water in the pan along with a TON of paprika until the water is bright red, throw a lid on and let it simmer for 30 minutes, thicken with flour water and pour over rice. It's freakin' awesome.

Slow cooked on a rotisserie over charcoal.  Basting with butter to give the skin some crunch.  Cover with barbecue sauce at the end.  That's how my grandpa used to do it.

Bbq on a grill, or my crock pot chicken.

4-6 boneless chicken breasts

I block cream cheese

I pkg seven seasons Italian dressing

2 cans cream of chicken soup.

Put chicken in crock pot. Mix softened cream cheese, packet of Italian and chicken soup. Pour over chicken. Do not add anything else. Cook on low for 10-12 hours. Serve over rice or egg noodles. Fabulous for leftovers.

YIN!!!!! :))
Really good stuff, Hippy.
Charles, the only rice I use. They sell it everywhere in Southern California. Back in the day my grandmother had to go to the specialty shops to get it, but now I find it at Ralph's.

It's actually grown in CA, but as I said the only place I've seen it for sale was in Guam. However as rice goes, I don't like the starcher rices, and Calrose is a medium grain rice which is starchier type of rice. I usually use Jasmine rice for all my rice dishes, except for things like sushi (which would be short grain), which I have never made LOL

It actually was the most popular rice in Guam.

The best way I've have chicken is a ranch chicken that my mother-in-law makes. It is a bowl of noodles, corn, and chicken with a homemade ranch sauce poured over top. It is soo good! She doesn't share her secret with me so I don't know the ingredients.

On the grill! Rub a few spices on it and grill away. While the grill is going throw on some veggies brushed with garlic butter and you have one tasty meal!

My work out food on a whim. It's all about how you cook the chicken. I pretty much flatten them, brown them on high heat, and cook them on low for 10 minutes. Add whatever sauce or spices. Teriyaki, Orange, Korean, Japanese Curry, etc. Then let them sit while I microwave the vegetables. Salt and pepper. Done!
