Yep ! Like them both ! As long as there isn't any eggs in the tater salad. I like them mixed together too.

when i was a kid, my parents would go to Superstore sometimes and would buy a roasted chicken and potato salad, my parents knew i liked the bread that was sold beside the chicken roaster so they would get me some, i would always mix the chicken with the potato salad and make a sandwich out of it.

I've never mixed the two. But I really love fried chicken and potato salad on the same plate. Add some corn on the cob and Hawaiian sweet rolls and I'm a happy camper.

I will try to mix the two, and see what everyone thinks.

mix the 2 and put on on a fresh bun. soo good :D but yeah, try it some time, a lot of people seem to like it and its good.

Thanks for the tip, I didn't think about it on a bun. I only recently realized that people have potato salad sandwiches. I'll try it, thanks Skunky.

I love potato salad.  Sadly, the only good potato salad is my wife's.  When we go out, I always have to pass on the potato salad - well, I'll take a tiny portion just to see if it is good, but it never is.
