I like any kind of potato, but mashed. I think it has something to do with watching my nephew from across the table pushing them through his teeth. Sorry to be gross, but he's 2 years older than me, and has always acted like he was 5 years old. I got yelled at for leaving the table. Not fair! Anyway, that's why I don't like mashed potatoes.
Diced up with some onions, tossed with olive oil and some salt and pepper. You can throw some chopped basil or rosemary or oregano if you feel like it. Wrap in some foil and throw on the grill just before you throw the steak on. Depending on how big you dice the potatoes, should be done in about 10 minutes or so.
Baked on the grill with foil. I must be like Nascarnut because I love real butter and sour cream. Yummy. Peace
I like mine mashed with butter, milk, salt, pepper & gravy.

Fried is Petty good BUT Potato Salad is number one!
first of all potatoes are my favorite and i like to eat how ever it is cooked... But it tastes even more good when it is fried nicely added with onions...
First, I microwave them for five minutes, then I cut them into cubes and fry them with ground beef and lots of onions and two or three chili sauces. I serve them with either fried eggs or huevos rancheros with refried beans.
