Frying shrimp is an easy and a fast process. The best way to fry a shrimp is to take a fresh one and peeling its shell off leaving its tail. Then boil the shrimp till it becomes soft and all the bacteria inside dies. After boiling, coat the shrimp with flour and dip the floured shrimp in a mixture of milk and eggs. After dipping, deep fry the shrimp in oil till the colour of the shrimp becomes golden brown. This should take about 2 to 3 minutes. Over frying the shrimp may ruin the taste of it.
