A flank steak goes well with a lot of things. But you have to keep this in mind that whatever you serve with the flank steak has to be a light food or snack as the flank steak is quite a heavy meal. People usually serve broccoli and a rice dish along with the steak. You can also serve chicken sandwiches or nachos with it. A few other snacks that would go well with the flank steak would be salads, pinto beans and corn bread. Remember to serve any kind of wine with the steak or you can also marinate it with wine or other liquid flavouring.
