McDonald's menu consists of foods that are high in fat, salt, sugar, and calories, but they’re low in fiber and vitamins and minerals. When you eat McDonald's, you don’t get the vitamins you need per day. McDonald's is high in calories as well.

Here’s another fact, McDonald’s meat contains a lot of fat because they use cheap ones in markets. Also, they basically use oil to cook and grill their meat products. Most of their foods contain trans-fat. If they wanted to be a healthy fast food restaurant, they could’ve baked their meat products and their French Fries.

All fast food restaurants and processed food manufacturers have two goals. 1) Make their food as cheaply as possible. 2) Convince you that they don't. To do this they all use low quality cheap chemical ingredients.  The result is a man made food like substance that the body does not recognize.
