It's July 2009 and I just used an expired 2004 Sure Jell Powdered Pectin to make Florida fox grape jelly. I'll let you know how it set ups and taste when I open a jar. What is sad is that I had just bought it from a local grocer and never looked at the date on the box and didn't feel like going all the way back to the store. I must look at expiration dates in the future!
