Pour water in a weighty based large saucepan. Add tea leaves, salt, seeds of lime cardamom and bicarbonate of soda. Bring to simmer reduce high temperature and simmer quickly for 45 minutes or until it reduces to 1\3 its amount. While it is still hot pour in it about 2-3 cups of freezing water or enough water to create four cups in all. Bring to boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat, sprain and keep aside.. Boil the milk with ground cardamom greater than low heat. Pour prepared tea water in the milk. Bring to simmer, add salt and bubble for 3-5 minutes more than low heat.

Remove from heat and transfer into 6 cups. Pour 1 tablespoon of finest or malai. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of pistachio more than it. Flavor of the tea depends on the excellence of the green tea leaves. If you like to dish up it in Kashmir style then dish up it with Kulcha / Nan.
