It's possible to make it Gluten Free if you substitute LaChoy or another gluten free soy sauce for the bit in the soup, and make sure to only use corn or tapioca flour...but normally, from mainstream chinese places, it's not gluten free. Here's a GF recipe, though! www.celiac.com
