MMM, I know a good trick for this...but I hope that you like banana!
In a blender, combine ice (if cubes, use a 2 c measure. If crushed, use a 1 c measure plus a half cup measure), one peeled banana, and 1 c. Of any fruit you want...(I recommend any berries, pineapple, any tropical fruit, kiwi, PEACHES...let your imagination run free)
Then blend the heck out of it.
If you don't want to use banana, then I recommend 1cup of either mango, papaya, strawberry, or blueberries. I have found that banana works exceptionally well. Any substitutions may need to be smoothed out with a few splashes of milk. (1/4 c at max)
Power up to you breakfast!
