What is a good alternative to mayonnaise as a dressing for potato salad?

I like to use a little dijon mustard mixed with mayo but I suppose sour cream would be good. Just about any decent creamy dressing (most can be cloying). Hummus and yogurt or just yogurt.

Mustard...I never had mustard potato salad until I lived in Southern Louisiana...it's so good!!
