I would say one of the best salad dressing is EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) and balsamic vinegar! While there is fat in the oil it is a good fat so it actually helps you loose wait by keeping the "tract" moving and there is no calories in the vinegar. Then you add your own spices. Just don't buy store bought...they put a lot of unknown stuff in there that raises the calories and bad fats!
