The old stand by, salt and pepper are my usual, but your bell pepper and garlic sounds so yummy.
How do you make it? Do you mush up the peppers and garlic?

Roast the bell pepper, on a low heat, slice thin strips, place in dehydrator, then when thoroughly dry, use the heavy mortar and pestle, and grind up. For the garlic powder, get a string of garlic, about 20 in all, roast half of them slowly at about 250, until soft, then peel and flatten on wax paper, dehydrate, after that, peel and slice the raw garlic, and dehydrate, again, use the heavy mortar and pestle, grind to powder. Mix the two garlic powders together, keep the spices in a dry jar.

Besides some fresh garlic,  YUMMY!! -- it's usually not much of anything, occasionally a touch of salt and pepper, depending what the old bod wants!

Most of times it's salt and black pepper powder. And on certain occasions I use tamarind chutney(or you can say sauce), mint paste  or tomato sauce.

I like a seasoning salt that is from a restaurant in Washington State called Johnny's Dock. The restaurant is long gone but the seasoning salt is still around. I like sea salt too. And Smoked Paprika sometimes.

Salt. It is awesome.. Not so good on it's own though...(i used to eat it on it's own when i was about five)....oh yeah and pepper, i stuffed a mini chip (they're like crisps, i think americans call them potato chips or something) up my nose and my mum had to put pepper up my nose to make me sneeze it out.. I would say it varies, depending on the specific food. I like to use lots of home grown herbs. I use basil, oregano, garlic, parsley, onions and whatever else I can grow successfully.

I love the home grown stuff so much more than the store bought stuff, and I love to make my bell pepper seasoning, as well as my garlic powder. Put that on everything almost.
