I usually have it with 2 kiwis and a coffee, but sometimes if I am still hungry then i have some bread, French call "pain campagne" with some cheese.
It changes all of the time for me lol!
I do what is known as intermittant fasting. I fast for 14-16 hours, then eat my meals in the remaining window.
During the fast though I drink 2 coffees with very little almond milk and some artificial sweetener...ensuring my calories are below 50 so I don't break the fast.
This all helps you burn more fat or even more easily maintain your current weight.
For my first meal though I keep it light and simple...a salad.. Sometimes though I will have a bowl of Italian Wedding soup.
