Apart from all the health problems associated with eating too much junk food, we must never forget that it was the inspiration for this hit parade number from 1947.

Junk foods are not good for the body. You see there's little nutrients that we can get in this food but it’s hard to avoid because food companies have mastered the perfect taste sensation, largely a blend of salt, sugar and fat, to keep you coming back for more.
Disadvantages such as: Weight Gain, Chronic Disease, Type 2 Diabetes, Nutritional Deficiencies, but I am not saying here that it is too bad. One just need to be responsible enough and moderate the intake of this foods. Have a healthy living everyone =)
Junk food might not be the healthiest choice one could be making, but it sure is tasty, affordable and easily reachable.
