Red meat and green vegetables (especially leafy ones).
Just get yourself a cast iron frying pan, you'll get all the iron you need, by the very act of scraping it while cooking.
Just to reiterate the answers before...
I tend to be iron deficient if I'm not eating my leafy greens, beans and broccoli. I like to mulch my greens up in a smoothie-type drink for better absorption.
