EDIT: Some chocolate milk has as much sugar as a soda. So if you drink that, you're as much at risk of obesity and diabetes as if you drank soda.

There are researches which confirmed that
chocolate milk is one of the best post workout foods because of its large
amount of carbs and protein that are necessary for the growth of
muscles. Moreover, the high content of water is effective to make up
for the amount of fluids your body loses due to sweating. Other
nutrients found in chocolate milk are sugar, calcium and sodium are
ideal for increasing your energy level instantly.
However, I think we should use dark chocolate instead.
