- Firstly, you will need to gather all the diapers that you are going to use for the bassinet. Once you have all of them you should take each one individually and roll the diaper from the top, inwards to the bottom and secure it with a rubber band in the centre.
- Retrieve the board of the bassinet and start taping the diapers down vertically in rows of three 1 inch from the edge of the board. You should secure them down using double-sided tape and continue until you have created a rectangle shape around the board.
- After that you should pick up the receiving blanket and fold it precisely so that it fits in the centre of the rectangle you just created with the diapers. If it fits nicely, press the blanket down so it flattens. To add some color and decorative features you could stick ribbon around the blanket and as well you could add some detail on the outside of the diapers using strips of lace.
- Once you've done that you should create the canopy by securing a door wreath hanger onto one side of the rectangle. In order to do this correctly you should use a glue gun. Following that, attach a tulle to the hanger at the top using some ribbon and the let the tulle drape over the diapers, so now you have the canopy.
- To top it off you could create a mobile with toys or pretty pictures by using some string and then attaching it to the top of the hanger.
