Well, as you may know, it takes 3500 calories to burn one pound of fat.  Right now you are burning 3000 calories, which is almost a pound.  But if you made a few changes in your daily diet, you'll probably end up losing 1-3 lbs. A week, which is what is recommended by doctors.
