At 140 lbs. I would not worry about Calories. Just increase protein intake decrease carbs 30 to 50% and do 30 to 60 min of cardio and weights three to four days a week

You need to decide what weight you want to be.. For instance you want to be 125 then take 125 x 7 which will give you the calories you need each day to keep or stay at that weight.. Simple..
