The " oh your losing weight to fast is crap" Screw that..... Lose it fast and work your butt off to keep it where it's at and you will be fine.
Once we let our bodies go and we are 40 lbs over weight we need to take drastic measures. So be strong for the time you need to eat less and work out and eventually it will be to your benefit. It's not starvation, it's self-control..
