If your eating your 2000cal don't change your food intake your body needs it to keep you alive and healthy. Why go through a diet when all you have to do is exercise. The fun way is buy a wii console and wii fit board. There brilliant, fun and the weight will drop off in a healthy way. Just 2 or 3 hours a day will do it. Don't eat less than your 2000cal theres no need. Have fun
