Hi I don't know if you on a diet but this is great. Oscar myer fat free hot dogs are 40 cal. Each I get the light buns 60 ca. Ea. And get the castleberry chili sauce. 10 cal. Per tea spun. Get sugar free ketchup mustard onion. Heat the chili in the microwave then the dogs, not to long they will burn. Heat the bun a few seconds add the mustard ketchup chili then onions. Yummy taste aw some around 150 Cal's a dog. Good luck really taste great.
