Brush it with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon pepper... Wrap in wax paper and cook 3 min each side. Enjoy!
Til apia is really not supposed to be microwaved, but it can be done. All you have to do is, place it in a plastic wrap,and keep a close eye on it. The steam from the heat will cook it in no time at all.
We put a fillet on a long fork and hold it in the fireplace or over the fire-hole in our back patio. Really easy to blacken this way. Hold directly in an orange or yellow flame, but above a blue flame. If you don't have a timer, think of a patriotic march, pat your foot to the beat and count to 100 then back to zero. Fish done!
