To start with you will need the following ingredients 4 to 5 pounds pork ribs, cut in serving-size pieces, salt and pepper, lemon, thinly sliced, 1 large onion thinly sliced, 1 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon salt and dash Tabasco sauce.
To start with you need to place the ribs in a roasting pan. Next, flavour it with salt and pepper. Roast it for approximately 35 minutes at 425°. Now drain out all of the excess fat and turn the meat upside down. Top it some kind of slices of lime as well as onion. Now reduce the temperature to around 350° and roast it for around 30 minutes. Next, pour in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chilli powder, salt and Tabasco after mixing it well together in a pan. Now with all this together roast it for around an hour. This will help you serve 4 to 6 people.

You should sear the chop on one side for 1-2 minutes, flip them with tongs (don't ever use a fork - it dries meat out) and then turn the heat way down and let the chops grill for about 10 minutes (assuming the chops are 1-inch thick - adjust this according to the thickness). Then put them under a foil tent for five minutes. You can get more information and a marinade for cooking pork chops from The Grill Boy.

The best way to grill pork ribs is to use Smoke Tenda Rub.  I purchased a six ounce jar on the internet at ribsinanhour.com.  It is so crazy that it is freaky.  I started with the St. Louis style ribs and didn't pull the membrane.  That is what they said on the website.  I put the ribs on my gas grill with the rub spread all over them.  In about 50 minutes (less than an hour) I was eating some of the best ribs I've have  ever had in my life.  Smoke Tenda Rub is the future of how to tenderize ribs. Their website tells  you how to grill ribs step by step.  I am going to grill baby back ribs using charcoal to see if the rub tenderizes baby back ribs fast like it did the St. Louis Style.

It depends how thick they are - make sure they are completely cooked and no blood is coming out. Pork should never be under done.
