The Smoke Tenda Rub tenderized the pork spare ribs very tender.  The beef ribs were another story.  I think I left them on the grill too long.  They were dried out.  The rub jar said it was for tenderizing pork ribs, but I figured "ribs is ribs". Anyway, I am happy with this product.  I am not really a griller, so I don't have anything to compare with except boiling them and putting them in the oven with barbeque sauce.  I like the outdoor method.  These were smoky and tender and a lot less trouble.  I'm a real griller now!!!

Pork ribs can be used to make some very delicious dishes but one common complaint is that they are not tender enough. Hard ribs can spoil the entire dish and render your entire efforts worthless. It is not so hard to tenderize pork ribs once you know the right tricks. There are several economical and effective tips that can be used to make the pork ribs tender. I am giving you some such tips that you can use to improve your cooking and make it better.

The first method is to trying beating the meat with a meat tack hammer. This act would serve to soften the fibres and help in tenderizing the meat. Another method is to take equal measures of salad oil and lemon juice and rub it on the meat after cutting it into thin pieces. Keep it for atleast thirty minutes but for the best results leave it overnight. Dipping the meat in buttermilk and refrigerating it for a night is also a great method to tenderize pork ribs.

Awright y'all. I did one rack of baby back ribs with the Tenda Rub. It took about 45 minutes and I must say the ribs were good. And yes, they were very, very, very tender. My husband used to prep ribs for Houstons. It was like some 12 hour process. He says, O.K., it tenderized the baby backs, but baby backs are not real ribs. I want you to do some real ribs. I guess he means what we call 3 down ribs. If the Tenda Rub tenderizes the "real ribs", he will be a believer. I'm satisfied.

You can get Smoky, tasty and tender ribs in one hour or less without marinating.  A revolutionary new rib rub, Smoke Tenda Rub was formulated especially to tenderize ribs fast.  It tenderizes and flavors them while they are cooking on the grill.  It is by far the BEST WAY TO TENDERIZE RIBS that I have found.  Just take the ribs out of the pack, baste them on both sides and edges with the rub, and put them on the grill, keeping the temperature between 275 and 300 degrees. Put the ribs right over the heat.  The ribs are tender and juicy in about one hour.  Works well on spare ribs, even the large untrimmed spare ribs.  This rub is so special that a patent is filed on it.  I bought it at ribsinanhour.com. It's the new way of how to tenderize ribs.

I agree that Tenda Rub is the best method for tenderizing pork ribs. Whether you are looking for how to tenderize baby back ribs, how to tenderize pork ribs, how to grill ribs in general, or how to barbecue ribs. This stuff works! As far as I know it its only sold in a few stores in Atlanta, GA. I bought mine at the Lilburn International Farmers Market, but I hear that it is also sold at the Gwinnett International Farmers Market in Duluth. Happy Grillin'.
