If fresh yes, just make sure you let all juices drain the same as canned, you need to squeze the juice for the pinapple more from the canned the the fresh, or reduce the water just a bit if using fresh, I use just fresh pinapple and mix as normal but if I use canned I do pour in strainer and then squeze with hand or use a smaller plate to squeeze out juice so not to much water, or don't use cold water use the juice from the can as part of the water that is on the box. Get me. Mmm love pineapple, also, if you have a sore throat or a cold with sore throat use fresh pineapple eat it and drink what juice you can much better for you.
No because the enzymes in the pineapple will cause the proteins in the jello to break down, therefore it will not solidify.
Yes you can, I have its in the draining process that allows it, you have to let the juices drian out or squezzz them out, it can be done. Don't think it can't you just have to do the draining of the juices
You cannot use fresh pineapples only canned
You can NOT use fresh pineapple in Jello...the enzymes won't allow it to set.
