How Much Water Is In Apple Juice?

An apple is filled with 3/4 of water and is very useful for a person's diet

I think it is about 250ml

Normally we make apple's juice one cup equal with one apple...so, one apple same with one cup(200ml)

I'm doing a project on how much water is in an apple can someone tell me the facts and details about it
