No single food would have the maximum amount of all four. Several different ones would have combinations of different ingredients. Proteins for example are mostly found in meat, pulses and milk. Carbohydrates in cereals, bread, rice etc, and fat in saturated and unsaturated fat and oil. It is of course natural that any food that is highest in fat content will also have the maximum amount of calories. All three are essential to the human body and nutrition. The body can draw its energy need from any of the three and in zero carbohydrate diets the aim is to focus on protein consumption alone. The body finds it easiest to convert carbohydrates to energy and stores its excess energy in the form of fat.
