It helps with healthy bowel movements (pooping) and prevents constipation without causing other b.m. Problems such as diarrhea.

For those people who suffer from the blues, especially with winter, bananas help because they contain tryptophan which is a chemical that causes the brain to relax and you to feel more happier.
