Just boil water until it is bubbling and put corn in a pan, throw hot water over them and leave for 10 minutes, drain and cool then freeze
Boil a Big Pot of salty water, and have a dipping stainer. Put prepared corn, and have water at a full boil! dip for NO MORE than 10 to 15 seconds or you'll lose a lot of flavor! Less is better!
Bring the water to a boil, then blanche corn for 3 min. Then you can freeze the corn.
