The two main groups of vitamins are vitamins soluble in fats (vitamins A, D, E and K) and water-soluble vitamins (vitamin C and vitamin group B).

My doctor said that I had digestive problems, but then I found this site , passed a couple of tests, I was prescribed vitamins, I drank them, and the problem disappeared like a hand, seriously! I didn’t know that vitamin deficiency can lead to such serious problems! Recommend to everyone, do you feel bad? Get tested and find out the problem
